Cassidy Will, Labradorly Marketing
CASSIDY WILL is the owner of Labradorly Marketing, a women-owned marketing consulting company based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Labradorly specializes in social media management, website design, and strategic marketing for small businesses across the state.
Will's professional journey began in August 2020 when Kaleb Dschaak took a chance on a recent University of North Dakota graduate and hired her as Marketing Director for Fenworks, Inc. In its early stages, Fenworks relied on small business marketing strategies to raise capital and establish its esports programs. A year later, the company secured enough funding to focus entirely on esports.
While proud of that success, Will realized how much she missed working directly with small businesses—the relationships, the impact, and the sense of community. With some encouragement, she took the leap into business ownership and Labradorly Marketing was born—she hasn't looked back.
The Grand Forks small business community embraced Will from day one, with connections that have become irreplaceable. The support she's received from fellow entrepreneurs, mentors, and local businesses has shaped not only her career but also her deep commitment to giving back.
At Labradorly, generosity is woven into the brand itself. Each year, the company pledges a percentage of its revenue to local dog shelters across North Dakota, ensuring animals in need receive the care and resources they deserve. This mission is inspired by Will's two Labrador Retrievers, Miller and Tito, who are the heart of the brand. Just as small businesses have supported her dream, Will is passionate about paying it forward—through marketing, mentorship, and helping furry friends.
