Attendee Policies

REFUND POLICY: Unless otherwise stated, refunds, minus credit card fees are available one month prior to event start/welcome address. After this date, an alternate from the same organization can be chosen to attend the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change, please email mallory@ndchamber.com. 

VIEWING LINK/ACCESS LINK: As a registered event attendee, you have exclusive access to provided material. For individuals who are interested but were not registered, please refer to GNDC event website or staff (mallory@ndchamber.com) to obtain access or register. We appreciate your consideration and respect specific to viewing/ unethically sharing live and recorded events. Please note that receiving a virtual meeting email, including event access or viewing links, constitutes full acceptance of your registration and negates eligibility for any refund requests.

Press Specific Policies

We welcome members of the press to attend GNDC events and request adherence to the following guidelines:

Check-in: All press members are required to check in at the registration desk upon arrival.

Access: Press members are granted access to all public sessions, panels, and keynote speeches. Access to private or restricted areas may be limited unless prior approval is granted.

Interviews: Requests for interviews with speakers, sponsors, or attendees should be coordinated through the Program and Event Coordinator or designated contact.

Photography and Videography: Press members are permitted to take photos and videos in public areas unless otherwise specified by GNDC staff. However, flash photography may be restricted during certain sessions or performances.

Media Use: Any photographs, recordings, or content captured during the event are expected to follow reporting standards. Proper credit should be given to the event and the Greater North Dakota Chamber or GNDC as host. Media content should be used in a way that aligns with journalistic professionalism.

Release of Materials: By attending the event, press members agree to share photography, video, or other media captured upon request from the GNDC for promotional purposes.

Conduct: Press members are expected to adhere to the same code of conduct as all attendees, including respectful and professional behavior.
Member-Only Events: Press members are not permitted to attend member-only events in a press capacity. These sessions are reserved exclusively for members, and media access is restricted unless otherwise specified.
