    GNDC hosts U.S. Chamber Endorsement of Julie Fedorchak for North Dakota’s At-Large Congressional District

    On October 17, 2024, business leaders, political representatives, and community members gathered at The Title Team office in Bismarck to celebrate an important endorsement for North Dakota’s future. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce officially endorsed Julie Fedorchak for North Dakota’s At-Large Congressional District. 

    The choice of venue was particularly meaningful. Hosting the endorsement event at The Title Team, a local business, reinforced Julie’s deep connection to the business community and highlighted her commitment to supporting local enterprises. It was a clear statement of how essential the business community’s support is to her campaign, and how her leadership will directly benefit companies like The Title Team and countless others across the state.

    Arik Spencer, GNDC CEO and President highlighted Julie’s impact on the state’s business climate. He spoke of her problem-solving abilities and her connection to the state's critical issues. "Julie has proven time and again that she understands what’s needed to drive economic growth, create jobs, and ensure that North Dakota businesses thrive," Spencer noted. He underscored her commitment to North Dakota's business community and praised her ability to tackle tough issues with a level-headed approach.

    Micah Olson of the U.S. Chamber followed, offering the national chamber’s perspective on Julie’s candidacy. He emphasized the importance of having leaders like Fedorchak in Congress who prioritize free enterprise and work to remove barriers for businesses of all sizes. Olson announced the U.S. Chamber’s endorsement, stating, "The Chamber is proud to stand with Julie Fedorchak and support her candidacy for Congress. Her lifelong dedication to North Dakota's public service and her commitment to economic growth make her the right choice for Washington."

    Fedorchak expressed gratitude for the endorsement and reflecting on her journey in public service. She spoke passionately about the importance of creating a favorable business climate, one that helps small businesses thrive. "Small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities," she said. "If our businesses die, our communities die. We need to get the business climate in this country right, and North Dakota knows how to do that."

    Fedorchak also reflected on the challenges facing the country and the importance of leadership that understands the needs of both workers and job creators. She expressed her respect for business owners, noting how critical their contributions are to their communities and the broader economy.
